Vehicle history:
This special model with LHC engine, limited to just 180 units, was produced for just 8 months as the 3rd expansion stage of the Lotus Turbo in 1981. First registered in Germany in 1994, this beautiful sports coupé has remained exclusively in Germany and Switzerland ever since. In the following years, the vehicle was extensively maintained, and investments were also made in the technology. In 2018, the engine was upgraded to the better and sought-after LHC engine variant. In 2022, an elaborate "frame-off" restoration was carried out, which is documented by photographic material. Also in 2022, the previous owner had the engine completely overhauled by the renowned specialist company "Ramspott & Brandt" in Mainz. Further restorations were then carried out, making the vehicle appear almost "as good as new" today. A total of over €30, 800 has been invested in the vehicle since 2015. A valuation report dated 20. 06. 2023 certifies that this Lotus is in uniquely good condition. The vehicle has received a recent service, passed the TÜV inspection in March 2024 without any problems and is now available to the new owner for sporty outings.
