Built by Ducati from 1979-1986 to celebrate Mike Hailwood's 1978 TT win
Essentially a standard 80hp 'square case' 900cc with an NCR replica four-gallon tank, seat and full fairing in Sports Motorcycles 'tricolour' livery and was good for 137mph
With relatively minor updates over the years, around 7, 000 MHRs were produced in total
This very early, mostly original, UK-registered from new example is presented in very original condition
This is an early, pre homologation one-piece fairing model with a steel fuel tank, known as the Mk 1. 5
Number 298 off the production line with correct numbers and in good running order
Same owner for the last 10 years
Complete with small history file containing various receipts along with an original handbook and a David Hailwood signed recent reproduction
