Been part of a small collection
We are pleased to bring to market this very nice example of a piece of British motoring history, a TVR Cerbera with the 4185cc engine. Finished in a very nice and classy colour of light metallic blue with an equally stunning interior of light grey contrasted with blue accents, the whole car just looks fantastic. The TVR was first registered on 12/ 7/ 2002 to its first owner and has had only 4 owners since with the current owner having owned it since May 2022. In that time he has had it serviced twice by ‘X’ Works Services Ltd, who are based not a million miles away from where it all began for TVR and are one of the country’s leading TVR specialists. The last service was in March 2024, and it has had an isolator switch and an Anderson connection fitted along the way too - both nice things to have on a TVR.
The TVR comes with a small collection of invoices and receipts showing that the vendor has spent a great deal of money, nothing major, just routine maintenance and the addition of the aforementioned isolator and Anderson connection. This should mean that it is ready to go and enjoy, but as with all classic cars we are sure you will want to check it out just to be sure. The TVR was driven some distance to our auction rooms with no apparent problems.
Along with the lovely colour combination, the TVR is sat on a set of Spider-style alloys, which are in good condition and sat on a matching set of Goodyear tyres. It’s always nice to see a high performance car sat on the correct branded tyres, which shows that it has been cared for correctly and kept in the right order. The other nice thing is that the car has a “TVR” registration plate included in the sale.
