So this bus is a very rare find... A 1970 Early Bay T2a Westfalia Oslo SO69/ 1, which is rare ordinarily, but to have a rarely opted Martin Walter roof (Commonly called a Dormobile roof) fitted from new, is extremely rare indeed.
This bus came to the UK in 2006 from Germany, where it had spent its first 36 years.
Since being here, its only had 2 owners and has been well cared for.
It's not without the odd blemish but check the pictures and you'll see it overall a lovely original bus.
Finished in L282 Lotus white with Cloud white bumpers and roof cap.
It has all those gorgeous Early Bay characterful looks and has a nice little 2 bow roof rack to finish.
In the Oslo it benefits from a 3 seater cab, which has recently been professionally reupholstered in deep red vinyl. It also had a new wooden steering wheel fitted and a bamboo parcel shelf... a really nice place to be.
Slide back the sliding door to reveal the full width kitchen that the Oslo gives you. Offering a twin gas burner hob, a sink, a wardrobe, swing out table, lots & lots of storage & the current owners have added a new fridge , 240v hook up and seat belts throughout.
You'll not have missed the full width rock n roll bed as well, which is rare on an Early Westy and once again has been fully reupholstered in the same deep red.
This great little bus offers travelling for up to 6 people and with the full width bed, 2 hammocks in the roof and the cot bunk for the cab offers sleeping for 5... a really great family camper.
