Original 'slab sided' design boasting Suzuki's all new 749cc short stroke engine with Racing flat side carbs and SACS (Suzuki Advanced Cooling System) which did away with the requirement of bulky cooling systems, hoses and rads allowing the engine to be fitted into their modern alloy cradle frame - the result was the most compact, lightweight and powerful motorcycle the market had ever seen.
Production run was only 3 years during which time many improvements were developed for engine and suspension, rectifying 'tricky' handling and reliability concerns - these culminated in the 750 'H' - made for 1987, the final production year and the best of breed.
