History
2017 Gave us the update of the of the already fantastic & popular V4 1100, this 2017 model came heavily updated with styling cues taken from its sibling the RSV4.
The rider experience is vastly improved with features such as a full colour dash & a new electronically operated quickshifter & autoblipper for clutchless gear changes, as well as new Ohlin’s fully adjustable suspension, plus 175bhp on tap with three different rider modes.
Tuono translates as ‘Thunder’ & the throaty bark of the V4 is a sound we could listen to all day.

Body & Paintwork
The factory racing colours look brilliant, all panels are in great condition & are in original paintwork.
None of the usual ‘gravel rashing’ to the front of the bike, as can be seen in the pictures, the bike presents almost like new.
The original mirrors are still fitted, with original indicators, the number plate holder is also original with no modifications.
Interior & Trim
All trim is in very good condition.
Obviously things such as the handlebar grips are showing very minimal wear with only 3, 932 miles.
The full colour multimedia 4. 3” Bluetooth dash works perfectly & provides a clear, precise user experience.
The top yoke is in great condition (often marked by keys in the ignition flapping around on to the top yoke), bar ends are undamaged, the bike shows zero signs of any damage.
Engine
The engine runs beautifully, no problems either when cold or hot.
This bike also has some nice rider focused features such as sport, track and race modes enabling the 175bhp to be used to full effect.
All gears engage nicely & the clutch operates perfectly well.
The bike rides smoothly through the rev range & gives very impressive performance.
Running Gear
As with the rest of the bike, the running gear is all original & in great order.
Suspension & brakes feel fantastic, with superb braking performance & handling.
