1956 Ford Thunderbird Convertible
It is a "What you see is what you get" car. The car is mechanically sound, fitted with 312 cubic inch OHV Ford V8, everything is in working order, including originally fitted factory electric windows, electric seats, air-con, windscreen wipers etc.
The car was imported into Japan in 2021 by a Japanese car dealer, then the current owner purchased the car the following year. The car was already in its current red/ white colour combination, when it came over to Japan, but it was originally painted in Raven Black with Black and White Vinyl interior according to the chassis number plate.
The current owner has repainted the boot lid and rewired most, if not all harnesses since his purchase.
The mileage shows 6, 297 miles on the clock, but we obviously do not know if there is any truth in that number.
The vehicle comes with Arizona title dated November 2012 (expired in December 2014) and Japanese registration (expires in September 2024), as well as period Ford Car Shop Manual, Electrical Assembly Manual, Parts List, Handbook etc.
