Description
In red with a black bonnet and boot and a black interior.
The Monte Carlo is a Fulvia special edition based on the 1600HF bodyshell and fitted with the 1. 3 V4 engine and a dogleg five speed gearbox. It was created to mark the Lancia HF winning the 1972 Monte Carlo rally and featured a matte black bonnet and boot lid, HF bucket seats, front windows with no quarterlights, HF wheels and slightly flared wheelarches amongst other details. Originally rectangular spot lights would have been fitted but our car now has a pair of round Carellos in place.
This 1974 Series 3 car, has a speedo reading of 25, 000 kms which is believed correct, and has spent nearly all its life in Italy, before coming to the UK a few years ago. It is in excellent order and appears never to have needed any repairs to the underside. The interior is original and features its special steering wheel and the lovely seats. The (original) engine is smooth and runs beautifully.
Fulvias are delightful cars and this Monte Carlo is superb.
