Introduced in 1936, the Morgan Plus 4 was the Morgan Motor Company’s first car with 4 wheels – the model designation 4/ 4 stood for 4 wheels and 4 cylinders.
Always a popular choice for sports car enthusiasts across the globe, the combination of 1930’s styling with modern performance and reliability ensures the Morgan brand is as popular today as it was in 1936.
Mr Alan Jenkins ordered his new ‘Plus 4’ in July 2016. Each Morgan is a bespoke car with the owner having a long list of options available to them and Alan ticked most of the boxes – it was the car he had always promised himself.

The only additions to the factory specification added by the last owner when purchased from Williams Automobiles Ltd (Morgan Dealership based in Chipping Sodbury) were a sports exhaust – sounds gorgeous - and the engine was re-mapped by Williams to improve power/ torque/ fuel economy.
There is a very nice history folder with the car containing the original order (number #100840) including a picture of chassis prior to production + factory colour card & leather sample, Morgan Bill of Sale, service book with 5 stamps from Williams, service invoices, owners book pack, V5/ MOT’s etc,
Today the ‘Plus 4’ has covered just over 11k miles, looks stunning and drives exactly as a Morgan should.
