A nice and rare Studebaker Businessman's Coupe.
Has the most caverous boot imaginable which apparantly was designed for a travelling USA salesman to sleep in. Wow!
This car states date of 1st reg as 1/ 9/ 2016 on the UK V5C and declared manufacture 1947.
Looks very tidy and runs well although the cold starting requires assistance with eazistart or similar so maybe a carb choke or cold start issue.
Overall a nice original and unrestored example that has had new wiring loom parts, 2 new brake cylinders, brake shoes re-lined and various electrical jobs.
When running the 2780cc six cylinder engine sounds nice and quiet and strong.
This could be used 'as is' or sympathetically refurbished but overall it is an honest and well priced classic American fun car and surely a great fun assett.
Being sold due to the elderly owner deciding to give up classic cars reluctantly.
