Formed in 1958, Bultaco was a Spanish manufacturer of two-stroke motorcycles
Although best known for road and road racing bikes, Bultaco's greatest success came in off-road competition winning the Scottish Six Day Trial multiple times and many other European titles
They teamed up with Irish trials legend, Sammy Miller, to produce a lightweight two-stroke trials bike that revolutionised the world of trials riding
According to information provided by the UK Bultaco Club, this bike was delivered to Comerfords on 04/ 10/ 1982 and then sold to Japanese rider, Toshi Nishiyama (the first Japanese rider to take part in the SSDT and the ISDT)
The 198B is a rare model built for the French and UK-markets with only 230 produced
This example has been faithfully restored and is in superb condition
