Here we have a very interesting Volkswagen Transporter that was in the process of being made into a transporter to ferry motorbikes around, carry out repairs in and possibly use it as a sleeper as well. This is because the van has had electrics, benches, seats, privacy glass and tow bar fitted amongst a host of other modifications that make this example quite unique. As ever it started life in white, but it is now finished in a purple wrap, which has been done quite well and looks really good, especially sitting on a set of 5-spoke alloy wheels finishing its look. The van has side windows and two sliding doors each side, and the front has been retrimmed recently with black and green Sportline seats which are in great condition.
As previously mentioned, the interior is quite bespoke and presented well, and just needs finishing off to complete - the work only stopping due to a bereavement. Upon inspection, you can see what the vendor was trying to achieve. The van is showing signs of overheating when running, which could be due to a number of reasons but please feel free to come along and have a look for yourself and see what you think. It is being offered at no reserve, so represents a great opportunity to finish off this interesting Transporter to the standard you would want it to be.
