We are very pleased to offer this very nice 997 Porsche 911 Carrera 2S Coupe with the Tiptronic gearbox finished in Artic silver metallic with the contrasting black leather trim. This example was supplied new on 6/ 12/ 2006 to its first owner and still has its original Porsche handbook pack complete with all its handbooks, owner’s manuals and service book containing 5 stamps. This is complemented with a host of invoices, both from Porsche dealers and specialists. One particular invoice from Bowker Porsche in February 2020 shows a sum of £5, 227. 26 was spent for such nice things as a genuine Porsche sports exhaust, along with discs and pads, new battery, set of 19” Porsche recommended Pirelli P Zero tyres and various other bits and pieces. At the time, the Porsche was showing 72, 000 miles, as it does now, so it has had very little use since. We believe the reason for this is that it was on display at a Porsche dealer in their showroom for a period of time, hence the money spent to bring it up to standard. It has since been in a private collection associated to the Porsche dealer and they are changing some cars around, which is why we have been charged with offering it for sale.
The specification is very nice with such things as the correct 19” alloy wheels complete with the aforementioned Pirelli tyres, sports chrono, sat nav, rear wiper, rear parking sensors, headlamp wash and original Porsche mats, as well as the delightful specification that these wonderful Teutonic cars have. As we all know, a Porsche 911 is the pinnacle of useable sports cars and in most people’s eyes the 997 version is the most usable and gives you the most smile and performance for your money. There has probably never been a better time than now to get one before the prices rise too high. This Porsche looks stunningly classical in silver and is just itching to be enjoyed, with new tyres and brakes along with all the other bits and pieces done to it (especially the sports exhaust), it’s just a treat waiting to happen.
