Description
Morris Minor Convertible in Maroon with tan coloured roof and leather interior. This is a souped-up example with a 1275cc engine, 5 speed gearbox with a big-bore 3 branch manifold, so she is a bit quick. She also has disc brakes at the front, with a brake servo which help her stop quickly too. She sits on 155x13 Michelin tyres.
Other extras include reclining front seats with head-rests, head-rests on the rear seats, 4 inertia seat-belts, quadraphonic stereo system, alternator, stainless steel exhaust system, Halogen head-lights, tan hood-bag, fog light and reversing light.
This has been owned by my neighbours for the last 23 years during which they have covered only 5000 miles, which is supported by the service history. Five years before that, it was restored and converted into a convertible by the Charles Ware Morris Minor Centre. Due to the low-mileage since, the chassis and floor have no repairs so remain strong and neat.
The car has been recently fully serviced and comes with a new MOT, its workshop manual and drivers hand-book.
