Massive specification and an impressive sporting cockpit, the AMG black leather sports seats with integral head restraints and embossed AMG lettering feature electric memory adjustment to the driver and passenger allowing them to be adapted precisely to individual requirements. The AMG-specific tubular-design instrument cluster with “AMG” and “6. 3 V8” lettering and 200mph speedo, (almost achievable with the factory P30 speed limiter increased), remind the driver how special this machine is. The desirable Nappa leather and Alcantara steering wheel is only found on the Performance Package Plus. Pristine carpeting is protected by AMG carpet mats and spotless controls with outstanding ergonomics that defy their age. All door and boot shuts sparkle due to fastidious and regular cleaning. ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The heart of the C63 AMG is the 6. 3-litre V8 engine, and each AMG engine bears the signature of the single Master Technician who assembled it from race-proven components with his own hands using the “one man – one engine” principle. Fitted with option 923 – increased power version, is the externally visible darker Titanium Grey in lieu of Silver Inlet Manifold Plenum. Within, lighter SLS engine internals including the forged crankshaft, rods and pistons as well as a revised factory ECU tune push power from 457bhp to 481bhp. With an absolute full Mercedes service history thanks to a continual service contract schedule and reassurance the engine number is post the introduction of the revised bolt head design, the new owner has peace of mind. The AMG Speedshift PLUS 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission with throttle-blipping function for ultra-smooth downshifting gives goosebumps the moment you start the engine and importantly a Quaife LSD is fitted for the ultimate C63 AMG experience.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Gorgeous 19-inch multi-spoke AMG light-alloy wheels, with a high-sheen titanium grey paint finish and mixed-size tyres measuring 235/ 35 R19 at the front and 255/ 30 R19 at the rear are shod in matching Michelin Pilot 4S dated 2024. Part of the P30 AMG Performance Package Plus is the AMG high-performance braking system to ensure greater stability when driving dynamically, with compound brake discs on the front axle and red painted brake callipers all round showing the AMG logo. The brake discs feature a composite design and are connected to an aluminium bowl to avoid temperature peaks. Formidable. Registered new on the 20th December 2010, this prime example boasts excellent credentials rarely seen, having had only three private owners and benefiting from a full Mercedes-Benz main dealer service history from new. The history file is eye-wateringly reassuring, containing everything from the Pre-Delivery Inspection Sheet and the Approved Mercedes invoice to Mr. Wilkins in May 2013, to the latest service invoice in July 2024.
