Stratton Motor Company are delighted to be able to offer this stunning and super rare Aston Martin Vanquish 'Zagato' Volante with exceptionally low mileage and finished in 'Q' Cosmopolitan Yellow.
The Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato models came about as a result of a collaboration between Aston Martins design team led by Marek Reichman and Andrea Zagato and his design team from Milan in Italy a continuation of a collaboration between the brands which has seen many niche cars to include the infamous Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato.
In production for only a year, the Vanquish Zagato was limited to just 325 cars to include variants such as the Coupe, Convertible (Volante), the Shooting Brake and the Speedster, the Volante being introduced to the public for the first time at the infamous Pebble Beach Concours, Monterey, California in 2017.
Only 99 Volantes were produced in that time.
The project included a completely new body design in complete carbon fibre, larger 'one piece' body panels being used to remove panel joint lines and further enhance the beauty of the design along with individually designed front grille, side vents and lighting, the rear lights taking their design from those used on the Aston Martin Vulcan race car.
The door mirrors take inspiration from the equally individual One77 and the car has a retractable rear spoiler, and to add to the character of this supercar, a Quad exhaust set up under the carbon fibre rear splitter.
Interior enhancements come from the Aston Martins specialist 'Q' division and include a special 'Herringbone' Satin Carbon Fibre finish to the waterfall centre console, adonised bronze detailing to the controls and Bridge of Weir leather to the interior with the Zagato 'Z' embossed into the head restraints. The interior is further enhance with stitching to match the colour of the bodywork and the One 77 inspired steering wheel.
Mechanically the car is powered by the Aston Martin 6. 0litre V12 engine as seen in the Vanquish 'S' and enhanced to 592 bhp to provide a 0-60mph of just 3. 8 seconds and a top speed of 197mph and fed through an eight speed auto box with paddle controls.
Interior equipment fitted is to the usual high standard expected from a niche brand such as Aston Martin but includes the Aston Martin AMi (3) Infotainment System, Front and Rear parking Cameras, 1000w Bang and Olufsen Beosound 13 speaker system, Garmin Sat Nav 2 System, 6. 5" LCD Screen with iPod and iPhone Integration, Heated/ Ventilated Electric Memory Seats, Launch Control and much much more.
This car will be supplied fully serviced with a 12 months comprehensive parts and labour warranty including 12 months RAC roadside/ recovery for complete peace of mind.
