Growing up as I did around the Preston and District Vintage Car Club, there were two very active VSCC racing members Barry Parkinson with his Bugatti’s and then George Jepson with his racing Riley’s his first a 9hp 1100cc supercharged known as the red one. Then in 1998 work started on the Blue one! Fundamentally a 1934 biased Riley 12/ 4 1500cc with Georges's own coachwork design in aluminium, along with Ulster Imp wheelbase.
