Current Owner has owned the TT since 2020 so last 4 Years, Only 115, 000 genuine miles (5. 2k a year so well under the recommended average of 12k a year) with a Full Service History including old MOT Certificates and Various old Receipts/ Invoices (folder full) and Full Hpi Clear Report. Being the Face-lift Model it has the up rated Fine Nappa Leather Interior, Silver Skin Xenon Headlights, S line Lowered Suspension, Chrome Gear Knob and Circler Rear View Mirror.
With it being an 225 bhp model it comes with Audi Factory Fitted added Extras/ Upgrades, compared to the standard 180 bhp TT's such as 6 Speed Box, Twin Exhaust System, Xenon Headlights, On Board Computer, Headlight Washers, Quattro 4 Wheel Drive System and normal extras such as Climate Control (Air Conditioning ICE COLD), Full Heated Black Nappa Leather Seats which have 6 Different Heating Levels (NOT Faded, Cracked or Heavily Worn like others out there), Usual Chrome Pack, Electric Windows, Heated Electric Mirrors, ABS, Alloys, Remote Central Locking, Rear Spoiler and etc.

No expense spared. All Electrics work including All Dash Gauges I. e. Fuel and Temp, Speed Dial, Trip Computer Pixels and etc as I know this can be a Common problem/ Fault with TT's, Climate Control, Heated Seats, Aircon ICE COLD and etc.
Full Documented Service History just to give a brief description at 110, 115 miles she had New Rear Flexi Brake Hoses, New Front Anti Roll Bar Drop Links, CV Boots, Headlamp Levelling Device and Various Breather Pipes at the total cost of £923. 96 (receipt present), Recently had 2 New Goodyear Tyres Fitted, then just this month she’s had a New MOT and Full Service (Air Filter, Pollen Filter, Fuel Filter, Oil Filter and Oil Change) so both valid until June 2025 next year so she is simply ready to jump in and go.
This car cannot be compared to the usual rubbish around. She looks and drives like a quarter of her age and holds her own when parked/ driven next to cars costing 5 times the amount.
