First time advertised for sale since delivered new in April 1973. This three owner example was delivered new to Formula One driver , David Purley GM. Still finished in its factory original colour of metallic light blue (Azzurro)-one of four currently taxed/ SORN'd- with full black hide and powder blue Wilton carpet.
Purchased by the second of the three owners in 1977 from David following his infamous accident at the 1977 British Grand Prix at Silverstone, by a friend who was to keep it for 44 years.
The car was stripped and repainted after 20 years in 1993 and would now benefit from the same attention 31 years later which will last another 40 years plus this time!Which can be arranged.
Currently having a major service as it has already had much suspension work and new tyres.
