RHD 1971 Porsche 914-4 with a unique history. Originally from the USA, this model was sent to Australia where it was converted to right-hand drive using authentic Crayford parts, this has been confirmed by Barry Priestman from the Crayford Club UK.
Exterior:
The exterior of the car is finished in a striking Aubergine Pearl colour, which is in fair condition for its age. The 14-inch alloys are in very good condition, adding a sporty touch to the overall look. The Targa top works perfectly, with no rips or tears present. The car features front pop-up headlights and spotlights in the bumper.
Interior:
The interior of the car is in excellent condition, showcasing a blend of comfort and retro charm. In the 1980s, a JVC/ CD player and Pioneer speakers were fitted, adding a touch of modern convenience while retaining the classic feel. The seats are well-preserved with no major signs of wear, and the dashboard is clean and tidy.
Mechanical:
The car is equipped with a 1700cc 4-cylinder air-cooled engine that provides a smooth and responsive driving experience. Paired with a 5-speed Porsche 911 gearbox. The car is missing it's original restoration paperwork from it's time in Australia, with paperwork available from 2009 onwards when the previous owner purchased and imported it.
