Description
When Lamborghini announced in 2014 that it was replacing the Gallardo, people wondered how they could improve upon the best-selling car in their history. Its successor, the new Huracán, had some pretty big tyres to fill. But fill them it did – and then some. There was a new seven-speed, dual-clutch gearbox, Lamborghini’s Dynamic Steering and Lifting System with Magneto-Rheological suspension, four-wheel drive and a new carbon fibre and aluminium chassis. On top of all this, Lamborghini had the wisdom to stick with a naturally-aspirated engine so the Huracán sounds as iconic as ever. Going one step further in this instance to create something very special, Lamborghini introduced the limited run Huracan Avio, at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. Limited to just 250 units worldwide, it was the very first special edition Huracan and its focus is on paying tribute to the world of aviation and aeronautics, whilst offering an incredibly refined supercar experience. With all this in mind, it gives us great pleasure to present to you this 2017 (17) Lamborghini Huracán LP610-4 5. 2 V10 Avio Coupe. It comes with a great specification, has covered 9, 350 miles, and comes in a fantastic colour combination rarely seen before, not forgetting to mention a full coating of Paint Protection Film. This stunning supercar is finished in the beautiful satin Grigio Nibbio, complimented by a dual Orange stripe & Black 20-Inch alloy wheels, with Orange Brake Callipers. You’ll notice Avio-specific logos imprinted on the doors, and these represent Lamborghini’s first supercar launch in 1963, and a target as a nod to aeronautics. Inside is as plush and refined as you can get with a Huracan. Cabin materials ensure a cosseting and comfortable environment all finished in a mix of Nero Leather & Alcantara, pulled together by contrasting Blanco stitching and a hexagonal pattern running the centre of the seats. You’ll find gloss black trim around the centre console, steering wheel & door handles, ensuring all the touch points exude class and sophistication. It’s a fantastic place to be and this example has been incredibly well looked after. With the Huracán, Lamborghini have produced the holy grail of supercars — one that not only looks fantastic, but is also incredible to drive. This 1 of 250 Avio examples, has an exquisite colour combination, an incredible specification and we believe you’d be hard pressed to find another example like this one in today’s market.
