Very rare Jeep Wrangler stunning 4. 0L petrol TJ Soft top finished in a really sparkly metallic green c/ w American markings and 22" OZ Sardegna Alloys.
Being Semi retired I purchased this car last summer to keep me busy over the winter, the list of upgrades I've since fitted fills an A4 folder (complete with build pics).
The mature owner was known to me through aviation, but he was moving house and had too many toys.
A full service has been carried out plus:-
New Distributer cap, leads and spark plugs .
The coolant system has been upgraded with a new water pump, drive belt, silicone hoses and Evans Coolant (No water).
The starter motor and battery were both new when I bought the car.
A new Black Soft top with dark tinted screens was fitted, as the windows in the horrible beige original hood were not great.
The steering arms and all steering ball joints / track rod ends were replaced - the front drive couplings replaced with new more durable CV joints.
Front Brake pads and Rear shoes replaced during the 'brake service'.
Front and Rear Differential's were both stripped out , new seals, bearings gaskets were replaced and the correct oil added.
An Android radio system fitted (works like a Pc and links to a mobile phone) ... which I still think works by magic.
New door mirrors and door handles fitted.
The Non Standard Lights (including indicator lenses) are all new and work as they should - the new front spots are all wired through relays..
The 22" OZ Alloy wheels / 4 new 265. 30 x 22" tyres fitted 1st August 2024
OZ Alloys were just under£3600 for four when purchased new by me - new PCD adapters were fitted in 2024 to make them Jeep compatible.
It has an immobiliser Alarm.
The very clean rust free Chassis was treated with Lanogaurd.
The external paintwork and body kit were already in great condition and only required polishing
All receipts and photos are in the Jeep cloth service pack along with spare keys - car shows 52, 680mls which is backed up by its MOT history etc.
This jeep drives as it should eg 10 x better than a Land Rover in terms of comfort and reliability, but it is a bit firm eg no Range Rover luxury drive - a great heater and built for any weather FUN !!!
I would consider an interesting car or motorcycle in PX
Any inspection invited Pre Purchase, but the car must be collected and paid for by the purchaser (No 3rd Party collections)
Cash or Bank transfer is the only acceptable form of payment.
Please, no tyre kickers or dreamers eg insufficient funds - I won't waste your time, and my description is only part of what has been done to present this 26 year old vehicle in this exceptional condition.
In this condition it has to be regarded as practical, stylish, quirky and reliable .... and a very usable investment.
