Description
This lovely Vauxhall was first registered on 2nd February 1969. These are a very rare sight these days and this example is exceptional. Finished in deep black the bodywork is absolutely arrow straight. All the chrome work is near perfect including the stainless wheel trims that are in lovely condition. Many of these Vauxhalls of the era ended their days due to rust. This car is amazing underneath, still showing its original factory under seal. We have just carried out some light recommissioning including rebuilt front brake calipers, new rear wheel cylinders, battery and engine service.
It is running and driving superbly with the straight six engine maintaining good oil pressure and consistent temperature. The 4 speed manual gearbox is faultless and ther are no transmission noises at all
Surprisingly even the interior has not suffered. The seats are well structured and the vinyl is excellent. All dash gauges are functioning correctly
The engine bay is clean and nicely detailed. Boot area again is very tidy. The original matting is still in place
It has front and rear seat belts fitted. This Vauxhall was featured in practical classic magazine back in 2017 and this copy is in the file. Mileage is displaying 32694 although we cannot warrant this as genuine
There is also a receipt in the file showing the car changing hands in 2020 for £20k, so we have no doubt it would warrant this figure again
We would welcome any inspection on this car. We can email additional pictures on request or carry out a walk around description.
Delivery can be arranged anywhere in the uk after cleared funds and we can accept debit card payments or bank transfer
Please contact us to arrange viewing of this very rare car. We would be confident to say it must be one of or even the best left in existence
