Description
This lovely Healey from 1954 was registered in Switzerland for the first time in May 1958. As shown with its extensive photo documentation, the roadster was acquired by the last owner as a restoration project in 1979. In the same year the car was returned to England to the specialists of “Mr. Big Healey” Denis Welch where it was completely restored and improved. This included a Le Mans kit, a 4-speed gearbox with overdrive as well as disc brakes at the front. Later on, the Healy received an aluminium high-performance radiator, Spax shock absorbers and a more modern alternator. Thus equipped, any future rally entries should provide nothing but fun. The Healey is in very good condition and will be sold to its next British car enthusiast with its last Veteran MOT dating from August 2022.
