Description
Tecno used fundamentally the same chassis throughout the 1968, 1969 and 1970 seasons, updated to adopt aerodynamic devices as these were developed. Notable drivers included Francois Cevert and Clay Regazzoni who won the European Championship in 1970.
This rare and immaculate example has competed in only one event since an extensive nut and bolt rebuild by G-Cat Racing which was completed in 2020. The Tecno has subsequently been maintained and enhanced by Lifetime Racing for its current owner, with particular attention given to improving the driving position and safety for a taller driver. It has only competed in the 2021 Silverstone Classic since restoration, qualifying first in class with a down on power engine which has subsequently been rebuilt.
Currently fitted with a zero miles Ridgeway Cosworth BDA in Atlantic specification and an FT200 gearbox which was completely rebuilt and re-chromated by JP with a 9-31 CWP with cam and pawl LSD.

The Tecno is very versatile and can run in several winged and non-winged classes in the HSCC and Equipe Classic Formula 2/ Atlantic series, offering a wide variety of events both at home and in Europe. A fabulous example which has HTP papers until 2030.
