HISTORY:
The Pre Cat Griffith announced at the 1990 Motor show was a charismatic and groundbreaking car in TVR’s history, bringing wide acclaim and various awards for producing a sublime car at an affordable price which sold out almost over night and destined in time to become a collectable item - J901 NLC is one of the earliest 4. 3 iterations which we sold new from the the initial 1992 production run and is in original condition with just 38115 miles only - Full Service History - 33 service visits in total with a large file of all invoices from 2002 - MOT’s prior to 2006 - Press reviews and tests etc - Handbook pack - 2 Keys - MOT 15/ 02/ 2025.

MECHANICAL:
As expected for such a low mileage very well loved car, the overall mechanical condition is excellent. This is backed up by service stamps from The TVR Centre and the TVR Factory in its earlier life. From 2001 onwards detailed invoicing is available right up to 2024.
PAINT / BODYWORK:
The beautiful Formula Red Pearlescent paintwork (RM) retains the original factory finish and is in astonishing condition with just minor stone markings - The panel gaps are as perfect as possible, most likely as the body came out from fresh mould.
INTERIOR:
Again the optional Full black leather interior sets a very high standard with its original factory trim - The seats have a lovely patina with all the original carpeting in excellent order with no signs of water ingress - No shredded edges, nothing just lovely throughout - New Dash veneer panel - Door and Roof seals are all in excellent factory condition .
ROOF and WINDSCREEN:
The removable black Targa section c/ w replacement rear window were retrimmed in 2006 to factory standard - Apart from a small mark on the Targa panel the roof it remains in excellent condition with a clear rear screen and no frayed edges etc- The original windscreen and seal are also in good condition.
BOOT:
Excellent condition throughout..
WHEELS / TYRES:
Factory option 15/ 16 inch OZ Split Rim Multi Spoke Alloys which in 2011 were powder coated to a high standard.
The Yokohama front and Bridgestone rear tyres are old but uncracked with loads of tread.
FULL VEHICLE INSPECTION:
Mat Smith TVR carried out a full chassis and mechanical inspection on the 15/ 11/ 2024 at 38115 miles with specific attention given to the chassis condition which is in good solid original condition with no perforations along with all other components - Wax oiled through the years has kept all in order.
SUMMARY:
A proper TVR collectors car - Having sold this car when new my initial impression was that it looked much like it did all those years ago and really out to be seen to be appreciated.
NOTE: The car was photographed exactly as it was delivered apart from detail work to the interior and general engine bay tidying.
