Stunning 1959 Austin Healey Frogeye Sprite in Iris Blue with off white hardtop. Fitted with a 1380cc A Series Engine built by David Wells of S. H. Engineering. Engine- balanced, ported, gas flowed, roller rockers, fast road cam etc. 45 twin choke Weber, repackable sports stainless steel exhaust, with tubular manifold. Tuned by Peter Burgess with over 110 BHP indicated at the rear wheels. Uprated with a Ford 5 Speed J type gearbox. Front suspension is fully adjustable AVO shock absorbers with lowered and stiffened Frontline springs. Rear springs are lowered and stiffened by Frontline racing also. Disc brake conversion with braided flexi hoses. Wheels are Magnesium Silverstone model by American Racing. Blue interior by Frontline racing. Rack & Pinion high ratio Steering with Motolita leather steering wheel. Originally restored by Sherwood Restorations Ltd. in 2001 and covering less than 7000 in that time. It comes with its original engine (palletised). A fantastic all steel Frog eye that has a rust free, excellent rust free underside which has been clear Waxoyl coated to preserve.
