Description
2002 DUCATI MH900e EVOLUZIONE.
The MH900e was designed by Pierre Tablanche back in the late 1990's after the Ducati factory released digital images of the planned production bike to gauge public reaction.
After a great response Ducati decided to build only 2000 bikes, all of which were sold on the internet only, within the first 31 minutes 1000 bikes had been sold. The largest percentage of bikes ended up in Japan, with Europe coming a close second. Ducati had employed the Bimota factory to build all 2000 bikes, but the company folded before production started, delaying the bikes by over 12 months.
The bike we offer for sale has only 4200 miles on the clock and was bought from a private collector in Japan, before being recommissioned, including cambelts and tyres here in the UK.
All in all a stunning work of art that wouldn't look out of place in any collection or boardroom.
We are always keen to hear from anyone who knows anything or has had any history about this or any bike we have for sale. Please do not hesitate to get in touch, it would be really great to hear from you.
