Description
Originally supplied in Desert White.
Thought to be one of 8 Aston Martin DB 2/ 4 Mark III's shipped to South Africa in 1958 by Aston Martin. The first owner, unknown but believed to have been a British mining engineer in the transvaal. First registration was TS 402.
In period modifications seem to have been the long air scoop on the bonnet, addition of an electric fan and fitting of a coolant expansion tank.
The car was shipped to the UK in 2016 and registered 348 UYP.
