Description
The vehicle is a lovely example of a 1928 Morris Cowley Flat Radiator. This four-door 'Flat-nose' saloon is equipped with a 1. 5-liter Morris engine and brakes on all four wheels. According to correspondence from the Bullnose Club, the same family owned the car from 1959 to 1999. The current owner fully restored the vehicle from 2000 to 2002, as evidenced by the detailed photographs on file. This was a comprehensive restoration, with the body removed to allow for a complete overhaul of the chassis, body, engine, axle, and interior.
The restoration included a full engine rebuild, with new pistons, crankshaft, bearings, and clutch kit. The detailed invoices on file show that over £19, 500 was spent on rebuilding and refurbishing this Morris. The car starts and runs very well, and comes with an extensive history file containing technical literature, old MOT certificates, and the current V5C document.
