Description
This example has been equipped with an Austin-Healey Works 3. 6-litre straight-six from 1975 with an upgraded carburettor, a racing gearbox, adjustable Koni shock absorbers, and a stainless steel exhaust.
It is finished in red, with cream side panels, a set of additional front spot lamps, an ‘Austin-Healey Club Sweden’ badge on the grille, a black soft-top roof and a set of 15-inch spoked wheels, shod with Hankook Optimo K715 tyres.
Inside, it has dark red leather upholstery, with matching carpets and dashboard trim, and an aftermarket ammeter.
Its resprayed paintwork is in very good condition, in its original colour combination.
Complete new carpets and rubber seals in boot compartment.
New chrome on original bumpers was done in 2021.
The original red leather has an attractive patina, with creases and cracking visible on the seats, as well as wear around the entry points.
A fire extinguisher, a spare wheel and an umbrella are stored in the boot.
Accompanying the vehicle will be the original owner’s handbook, a collection of parts and maintenance invoices, a wheel jack and hammer, a set of jump leads, a tow line, a tan tonneau cover, and a set of new side curtains.
