EXTERIOR
The Sunset Orange paintwork looks sensational under our studio lights and remains in amazing original condition. The body has just been treated to a full detail and so is free from any swirls or road grime, retaining a deep lustful shine throughout. All of the rubber seals are immaculate, and the lights are crystal clear. There are only a few very minor blemishes to report including a chip on the edge of the bonnet, a couple of imperfections on the silver driver’s door handle, and some very small chips to the lower edge of the front splitter. All in all, an outstanding and highly original car that’s not far off as-new.
INTERIOR
The interior is pretty much box-fresh; other than some very light wear to the driver’s bolster the seats are immaculate. The dash and door cards are perfect, as are the carpets and headliner. The steering wheel, gear knob, and handbrake lever are very tidy with the only noticeable wear being a little discolouration on the aluminium gear knob shift badge. The boot area looks like new.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Reading the history it’s clear this low mileage example has always been well maintained and serviced on time. The engine bay is very tidy and received a full bill of clean health on our inspection.
WHEELS, TYRES AND BRAKES
The alloys are all in pristine condition without a single curb mark or chip, and they are all shod in a nearly new set of Michelin tyres. The brakes and suspension are all in fine working condition and free from any surface corrosion.
HISTORY FILE
A full service history is provided with 9 stamps in the original service book, the last having been done at 8, 128 miles in June 2021. The mileage is further verified by a complete MOT record along with 3 SORN certificates from when the car was kept in storage. The file also contains the recent service invoices, some nice photographs of the car and all of the original owners manuals. The V5 shows only 3 previous keepers and the car comes with both sets of keys.
