Description

Due to the Great Depression, the Buick company was at a low point in production and only 40, 620 cars were built. Fortunately, Harlow Curtice who ran the company was very efficient and a great leader. The Buick Company had an advantage in the marketplace as the overhead valve inline 8 engine and the braced X frame put Buick in the lead.

This 1933 Buick is the original all steel body and the car has been built for a modern ride with comfort and amenities.

The exterior is Gainsborough Blue and exhibits quality paint as well as chrome and trim. All doors open and close with ease. Grill, headlights, chrome and trim are all in excellent condition as well.

Interior is red leather with bucket seats and console. Dash is top quality woodgrain with red leather inserts. Steering wheel is a Billet steering wheel and wrapped in red leather. Gauges are VDO. Back seat has plenty of leg room and the entire interior is trimmed in woodgrain. A classy woodgrain bar with the Buick name adds and elegant touch. Vases with flowers grace the windows. All that is needed is your private chauffeur!

Engine is the LT1 V8 paired with a 700R transmission with overdrive. Car starts, runs, and drives with smooth performance.

Front end is a Corvette front end and the rear is a GM rear end.

Options include front power disc brakes, power steering, stereo, AC/ Heat, and a back up camera.

This is a rare ride and one that is a conversation starter everywhere you go! You can view by appointment only and the car is in Kentucky near Louisville.
