Description
Offered here is a 1953 Jaguar XK120 Roadster (OTS). Jaguars celebration of the end of the second world war - a car capable of 120MPH - the fastest available - designed to win rallies, hill climbs and club races in its standard form. With further development by Jaguar to claim the coveted 24hrs Le Mans many times at an average speed of over 100MPH. In 1947 most XK120's were ordered by Americans and this XK120 offered here is no different.
This example in particular underwent a complete restoration from 2004 through to 2013.
Following the current owners purchase of the car 2021 vast amounts of upgrades have been carried out, which include:
5 speed gearbox (original Moss box available)
Front disc brakes
Thermometrically controlled electronic fan
Aluminium radiator
Heritage certificate present along with a brand new mot.
