From my private collection and one of a few last remaining extremely rare scooters. Literally, translated as greyhound, which was the logo symbol of the parilla line of motorcycles. It is powered by a 150cc single cylinder, 2-stroke engine.
this is an unrestored, original condition scooter finished in light green, complete with period spare tyre rack. It has conventional motorcycle heel/ toe foot shifter. Speedo shows 1725 miles (unverified).
will need very light recommissioning. Running beautifully a couple of years ago before putting into my private collection.
an opportunity to own this rare scooter, registered in coventry in 1956, and retaining it's original registration number, highly original with 63 years of patina.
new wiring loom, generator refurbished by 'rex's' speed shop, and starts easily, new tyres on the lovely original 'sanremo' aluminium rims, wheels are interchangeable, fold down luggage racks.
comes with with 1958 parts catalogue, various paperwork, including dvla and coventry motor museum confirmation letters.
the rear number plate holder is present, and will require a number plate to be made up. Includes rear light. V5 in my name with the original registration allocation.
