Very rare. Fully restored. 1 of only 5 ever built with the Stroud Y alloy head. Fitted with Dowty forks. Rear center stand. OHV. Dating certificate.
A British Motorbike. Panther motorcycles were manufactured by Phelon & Moore (P&M) in Cleckheath, Yorkshire from 1900 to 1967. In the 1950s the Panthers were highly regarded. P&M were noted for their innovative improvements and used the slogan "The Perfect Motorcycle".
