I have restored my smallframe Vespa over the last years. Motor has been disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt completely.
It comes with a 90cc cylinder, everything up to 125cc will fit in.
No rust on the frame. Well it comes with some kind of "used-look" .
Certification for higher displacements should not be a problem as the Primavera 125 used the same frame and same brakes as the smaller S-variants (50, 60, 75, 90)
