If your surname is ‘May’ or you were born in the month of May, you don’t need us to tell you why the private registration ‘R40 MAY’ would be the perfect addition to your favourite vehicle. Alternatively, this registration could read ‘Roma’ - most apt then for a Ferrari Roma or really any Italian car for that matter. 

Maybe you’d just like to disguise your vehicle’s age or simply want something easy to remember at the ANPR ticket machines. In any case, ‘R40 MAY’ can be assigned to any vehicle registered in or after August 1997 onwards. It’s what we call a “prefix” style registration and it’s complete with its retention certificate.

The vendor has paid the £80 transfer fee meaning there is no further cost to the buyer of this plate to register the plate into their name or to transfer onto their relevant vehicle.
