Highlights
- Original condition
- Low mileage
- Current owner since 2011
The Appeal
The Vanden Plas was one of the final iterations of the Austin Allegro being given a wood and leather more luxurious interior and a rather grand front grill.
Having sat unused for around 10 years the current vendor bought the car in 2011 and brought it back to life with a thorough overhaul of all the mechanical components.
The car runs well and has been used sparingly, being driven to classic shows and for pleasure, but limited time has meant that the car is now available for someone else to take on the project who has the time and facilities to bring it back up to its full potential.
