Ferrari-fit Weber 40 DCZ6 Carburetors x 3

The Parts

Thanks to our relationship with a well-known Ferrari enthusiast and collector, Car & Classic is once again thrilled to be able to present you with the opportunity to acquire some rare and highly sought after Ferrari parts. This time in the guise of a set of three Weber 40 DCZ6 carburettors. The all-important mechanism sitting atop many an iconic Ferrari’s heart.
These three carbs are in solid, used condition and are free from any signs of damage. Of course, having been in dry storage for a number of years, they will need to be recommissioned before being pressed back into action. But this is to be expected with such an important mechanical part. The butterflies move freely, the carbs appear complete and there is no evidence of poor past repair, excessive heat or anything else of concern.
These rare Weber units would have been fitted to a 250, 275 or 330 Ferrari, and as such, could well serve as the vital missing piece for anyone restoring one of these cars. Even if you’re not restoring one, they’re worth bidding on just to have on your own shelf as spares should they ever be needed.
Numbered 952, 967 and 968, these three carburettors appear to be a matching set. Kept for years after being removed from a parts vehicle, the seller has now decided to release these carbs to the open market, rather than let them rest in their collection any longer. Make no mistake - to be presented with the opportunity to bid on these Weber carburettors is rare.
**NOTE: All shipping and insurance costs to be paid by the buyer to the seller directly**
