Seeing is believing and yes, you are seeing a 2017 Kawasaki H2 Carbon up for grabs. Brace yourselves! The first ever four-stroke, supercharged bike produced by a major manufacturer, the H2 was already a very special piece of kit. But the 'Carbon' limited edition, with its unique CFRP fairing and paintwork, is a true unicorn. If you're after a prime example of a hyperbike, then this is most certainly it.
Manufactured in 2017, this example is number 82 of 120. Presented in virtually new condition, it's the perfect investment for any Kawasaki or superbike collector, or for anyone who just wants to experience one of the most blisteringly powerful and rare bikes ever made...

It wouldn't be a lie to say this 2017 Kawasaki H2 Carbon is pretty much as you would expect it to be if you arrived at the showroom to collect it when it was registered on the 7th June 2017 – it really is that good. After covering just 363 dry miles just over two years ago, the bike has been parked in the vendor's lounge as a showpiece, where it has then been detailed each month to ensure no dust gets into the nooks and crannies.
Finished as standard in Mirror Coated Matte Spark Black to the fairings and tank, the upper cowl is made from carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP), distinguishing it as the Ninja H2 Carbon. The body is also aerodynamically designed to give an aggressive look – it looks like it's doing 100mph when it's parked! The trellis frame is finished in Golden Blazed Green which looks fantastic, and wears no damage or notable wear we could see. Coordinated accents adorn the wheels too, offering a fine pop of colour.
In similarly fine fettle, the instrument cluster is free from any scratches or warning lights when the bike is running. The odometer shows a super-low reading of 363 miles. On either side, the grips are like new, showing no signs of use, Meanwhile the pegs, foot controls and other extremities of the bike show no evidence of damage, or of having been scuffed or dropped. The only minor blemish we could find is a very tiny mark to the saddle, which could well polish out. It's believed this may have been caused getting the bike out for the photographs.
You can clearly see the bike's factory series production number, stamped on the side of the supercharger for all to see – number 082 of 120. All of the mechanical elements look to be in exceptional condition too, with no dirt, marks, damage or evidence of leaks that we could see.

The 17“ factory spec wheels are in excellent condition, just like the rest of the bike. Finished in black with green accents to the rims, they are fitted with Bridgestone tyres which have no signs of significant use – perhaps no surprise given the 363 miles covered.
The Mechanics
- 998cc, four-cylinder, four-stroke supercharged engine
- Aftermarket Akrapovic exhaust
- 330mmm Brembo discs to the front, with four-pot callipers
- Launch control
- Nine-mode traction control system
- Advanced ABS system
- Six-speed 'dog-ring' transmission
Out of the box, the H2 Carbon comes with a whopping 202bhp! To give you some idea of what this means, that's nearly twice the power-to-weight ratio of a Bugatti Veyron. Frankly, that's mind-blowing performance. You know that bit in Star Wars where the Millennium Falcon goes into hyperdrive? That's what we're talking about here.
As you can imagine, the bike fires up without hesitation. With a 9:1 crank-to-charger ratio, 14,000rpm on the dial will see the in-house developed supercharger impellor spinning at a stunning 130,000rpm. The vendor has fitted an Akrapovic exhaust to improve the already awesome-sounding machine – the original exhaust is included and in 'as new' condition.
Keeping all that power under control are advanced electronic systems, with traction control, ABS and launch control all factory fitted. An Öhlins handlebar damper is present, as well as an Öhlins TTX fully adjustable rear damper. Keen riders will also note the single-side swing arm which allows the exhaust to tuck in a little more, thereby letting the rider get a few more degrees of lean in heavy cornering.

Fitted with a six-speed quickshift gearbox, it benefits from a MotoGP style dog-ring transmission and a performance clutch with assist and slipper functions – resulting in a 40% lighter pull.
Should you need to bring the fun to a halt, the bike is capable of stopping on the proverbial dime. Huge 330mm Brembo twin front discs and Brembo Stylema four-piston monobloc callipers are largely to thank for that, and look to be in excellent condition.
We're assured by the vendor that the bike runs extremely well, with no mechanical worries or issues reported
