The Appeal

Wow. Camper conversions have come a long way in recent years. We dare say this recently converted Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comes more highly equipped than some houses. Besides all the usual sleeping arrangements, sink, gas cooker and fridge freezer we find such mod cons as live feed security cameras, 4G WiFi connection points, TV with HDMI extension, high pressure (hot and cold) taps, solar power and 240v electrics and a spacious shower room.

All this (and much, much more) is neatly packaged in the relatively compact Mercedes-Sprinter- one of, if not the best, vans on the market. The vendor acquired the Mercedes in 2023 as a newly UK-converted camper and has since used it only on a handful of occasions for family trips to the Lake District. It has an MOT valid until 9 July 2025 and is ready to be enjoyed by a new keeper.

The Condition

Very smart for a van of this age and mileage
The bodywork and paint present very well with good door fit and no notable dents or any obvious signs of corrosion
The underside looks very clean, with no obvious issues apparent
The sliding door was fixed by the vendor’s local garage and hasn’t presented issues for the last 6 plus months
There is a small chip on the driver side windscreen window which wasn’t noted in the MOT
Seldom used camping interior - still in near to new condition according to the vendor
All drawers and cupboards have some form of anti-open device to prevent things opening in transit - the vendor has never experienced any issues
