The Appeal
The L316 was the final evolution of the original Land Rover concept. With decent, reliable engines and modern, full-width dashboards, what makes good examples stand out is specification and condition. That’s where this 110 XS scores.
Naturally, it is the versatile seven-seat 110 in high-specification XS trim. Finished in attractive silver with black accent exterior trim, it features side steps, roof rack and LED lights with front guards. it is a very tidy example that has been looked after by its handful of keepers.
Recent work includes a new clutch and slave cylinder. The wiper motor, side steps and rear door strut have also been replaced. It presents well and with few vehicles rivalling a 110’s spaciousness, practicality and go-anywhere abilities, this one looks perfect for wintry weather.
The vendor says:
“It’s great to drive. Can pretty much go anywhere. I have always loved the look of a Land Rover and this one stands out as you don’t see many silver 110s anymore. And the black front grille and accessories make it stand out.”
