The Appeal
By some margin America’s best selling truck for 46 years and best selling vehicle for 41 years, the Ford F-Series is one of the most successful models of all time. It’s safe to say then that Ford have perfected the pickup formula and one of the highlights of their enduring success story was the introduction of the F150 SVT Raptor in 2010. It was optimised for off-road driving with a locking rear differential, long travel suspension and Fox Racing internal bypass shock absorbers amidst a raft of other enhancements. They didn’t hold back when it came to engines either and the one we have here is powered by the gargantuan 6.2-litre Boss V8.
Imported to the UK and first registered in February 2021, this left-hand drive Raptor is quite the sight on British roads, towering above just about every other vehicle it encounters. Presented in very good condition, especially for a utility truck, it has an advisory-free MOT valid until May 2024 and is ready to be put to work or hit the off-road trails.
