The Appeal
The quintessential American SUV, the Wrangler has been in production since 1986, and continues to prove one of Jeeps’ biggest-ever successes. Across four generations, the car’s essential DNA has remained the same - big, boxy four-by-fours with comfortable cabins, top-notch off-road performance and impressive levels of durability.
The third generation JK cleverly upheld the qualities of the original – like the go-anywhere, separate chassis construction – with modern styling and creature comforts. The 2.7litre diesel was a popular choice for its power and economy while the LWB ‘Unlimited’ added in four door practicality. These are popular vehicles for rough roads and towing.
This luxury specification ‘Sahara’ has both those desirable features. It is a one owner car with superb history having only ever been serviced by main dealers. There is also a recent engine rebuild, bodywork repairs and a long MOT to December 2024. In great condition it looks perfect whatever the road ahead looks like.
