The Appeal
The second generation XK was unveiled at the 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show and Ian Callum’s E-Type-inspired redesign proved a big hit. Thanks to its innovative bonded/riveted aluminium chassis, the X150 was 91 kilograms lighter than its X100 predecessor and the supercharged XKR variant could reach a (limited) top speed of 174 mph.
This 2009 XKR has a mere 50,394 miles on the odometer and was acquired by the vendor brand new. It benefits from full service history, complete with supporting invoices, and an advisory-free MOT valid until 31st July 2024.
The Jaguar presents beautifully throughout and is in very good condition for its age. If you’re looking for an X150 XKR, this example ticks all the right boxes, so be sure to act quickly if you’d like to become its second keeper.
