The Appeal
Most BMWs are inherently attractive looking machines, and the 325 M Sport is certainly no exception. Considered by many to be one of the most attractive modern BMW Coupes around. This one comes with an enviable service record and has been owned by the same family over the years. No less than 8 stamps adourn the service book, some from the main dealership then more from a notable specialist. This is car that has obviously been cared for and continues to do so in the keep of the current owner.
The History and Paperwork
- 8 Stamps in the Service Record
- Current MOT Certificate with no advisories, valid until July 2025
- Valid UK V5c
- Fabulously Low Mileage
- Matching set of Bridgestone Tyres
A car of this calibre deserves to be well maintained, and a quick look at the car and the service history shows that it has been. The complete and original book pack comes with a comforting 8 stamps showing that the car has wanted for nothing since new. The interior is in great condition with only the merest evidence of use, and the bodywork is as pristine as a car half its age. Another pleasing factor of the car’s ownership is that it has been kept by one family over two of its previous keepers. The attention to detail is quite obvious both in the service history and tell tale signs such as matching tyres and even branded wiper blades.
The Condition
- Black Leather Seating and Door Cards
- Little evidence of wear on any of the seats with only minimal wear on the driver’s bolster
- Aluminium inserts to dash and door cards
- Functiong seat belt assistors
- Fully working Dual Climate control
- F1 style paddle gear shift on the steering wheel
- Multi-spoke Factory Alloy Wheels
- Matching Bridgestone tyres with good tread depth
- Shiny Grey coachwork with minimal defects
- Bright and clear lamp lenses all round
Inside this sparkly grey coupe lies a sumptuous yet sporty leather interior. Finished in a rich black leather, the front seats being electrically adjusted. With the Driver’s seat having two memory settings. There is very little wear to mention and the seats can only be described as close to new in appearance with just a little wear visible on the driver’s bolster. The carpets too are free from major wear issues as is the leather clad steering wheel. There is a fully functioning dual climate control system as well as the usual Stereo functionality. One interesting feature that is so often prone to damage are the fully operational seatbelt assistors. These are electrically operated arms that hand you your seatbelt on closing the doors, thus saving an awkward reach and are a real boon with such long doors. Not forgetting that this model features the F1 style paddle shifters on the steering wheel for that bit of analogue input when desired.
The 325i M Sport Coupe is still a popular purchase, and it’s easy to see why. The proportions are very easy on the eye and the grey finish of this one with the multi-spoke alloys looks a treat. It may be 16 years old, but it still has a fresh modern appearance. The paint is in good order with only a minimal amount of chipping. The lights and glass are all in good condition and the alloy wheels, which are shod in matching Bridgestone tyres, present well with only minor chips and kerb marks. The corners of the car appear to have escaped any major parking traumas. On the whole this is a car that has been well looked after, and defies its age.

The Mechanics
- 3000cc 6 Cylinder Engine
- 6 speed Automatic Transmission
- Great Service History
Everyone knows that when it comes to silky smooth performance, BMWs 6 cylinder motor is high on the list of desirability. Couple that with the smooth changing 6 speed auto transmission and you’re onto a winning formula. That’s why the 325 Coupe is such a desirable machine. Add that to the fact that this one has been well maintained, makes it very desirable indeed. This Coupe has benefitted from visiting the main dealership and a notable specialist there after which gives some peace of mind to anyone considering this lovely car.
