The Appeal
The Boxster offered a Porsche for the masses, and while it's often been rather unfairly labelled a 'Baby Porsche', it's hard to deny that it was one of the company's great masterstrokes, leading to a whole new generation of enthusiasts picking up the Stuttgart brand for the first time.
The Cayman fastback coupé only continued the Boxster's success, sharing much of the car's core design cues and that oh-so-immaculate mid-engine layout. It effectively made for one of the finest gateways into Porsche coupe ownership ever - and is now well on its way to modern classic status.
