- Well-documented service history demonstrating a lifetime of careful maintenance
The Appeal
While its styling was not a significant departure from its predecessor, technologically, the advent of the X350 marked one of the most significant chapters in Jaguar’s esteemed history.
Its monocoque was constructed entirely from a lightweight aluminium alloy - a ground-breaking innovation that made it fifty per cent stiffer than the outgoing X308. The ride was sublime thanks to self-levelling adaptive air suspension with damping that could be altered in milliseconds using Jaguar’s CATS electronic control system.
We’re delighted to offer this 2008 X358, the final evolution of the X350 platform which was unveiled in 2007. With just 25,519 miles on the odometer, a rich history file and the guarantee of a fresh MOT for the next owner, this XJ6 is one of the finest examples in existence. Such low mileage is almost unheard of with XJs of this vintage, especially these V6 diesel examples which were a favourite long-distance motorway cruiser. The most recent service was carried out in November 2023 with just over two thousand miles covered since.
Impeccably presented and beautifully preserved throughout, this Jaguar is eminently worthy of your consideration and a place on your driveway. These cars offer unrivalled luxury grand touring and this economical diesel example is utterly superb in every respect.
