The Appeal
Incorporating plenty of styling cues from older, classic Jaguar models, the X-Type saloon was produced during Jaguar’s partnership with Ford, as their entry into the ‘compact executive’ segment, and also their first foray into using a Diesel engine, along with being their first production estate car.
This particular example is a late-production export model for the Middle East, and therefore boasts an upgraded cooling system, improved A/C, high factory specification and more, and has only 2 registered UK keepers.

Outstanding throughout, low mileage and one of the final high-spec ‘run out’ models (along with the added bonus of being a Middle-Eastern specification car) this X-Type saloon is a true collectors item, and would make for an interesting addition to any marque enthusiast’s garage, or a lovely long-distance European cruiser owing to being a LHD model.
